Q: Are all the products handmade?
A: Yes! Every Kēpt piece is handmade with love in D.C., using hand-selected beads, charms, and materials. This is not factory-made — it’s crafted energy.
Q: Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
A: Our metal components are either stainless steel or alloy-based and chosen with care. Most of our bracelets and chains are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, but if you have specific sensitivities, let us know in the notes.

Q: Can I create my bracelet?
A: Yes — you can build your own Kēpt accessory using our Custom Order Form or by selecting the “Build Your Kēpt” option in our shop. You’ll be able to choose colors, bead types, bracelet styles, and optional charms.
Q: I want a gift — do you do custom names, initials, or messages?
A: Absolutely. We offer initial tags, word beads, and special charms to personalize your piece. Just include your notes at checkout or use the custom form.
Q: Do custom orders take longer to ship?
A: Yes, custom pieces take 3–5 business days to handcraft before shipping. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Q: Are all bracelets the same?
A: Nope — and that’s the beauty of it. Especially in collections like Anása: The Greek Collection, no two bracelets are ever exactly alike. Each one is hand-built to reflect memory, meaning, and energy. What you see online is the vibe — what you get is uniquely yours.
Q: What’s the difference between Arm Kandy and the Greek Collection?
A: Arm Kandy features bold, playful, expressive pieces like bangles, string-style bracelets, and Pandora-like designs. Anása is more rooted, spiritual, and memory-based — using stone, texture, and energy to guide the design.
📦 Shipping, Packaging, and Returns
Q: How are Kēpt pieces packaged?
A: All orders come in a signature Kēpt pouch or box with a handwritten note (optional for gifts). It’s keepsake-worthy from the moment it arrives.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because all items are custom or made-to-order, we don’t accept returns. But if something arrives damaged or off, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the U.S., but international shipping is coming soon. Stay tuned!
